Full Payment is required to book an Event.
Cost is for group size of 8-12 people.
Includes -
1. Food - BF, L, D, ( Veg. Food, Snacks, Soups etc. )
2. Trekking Equipment (Tents, Sleeping bags, mats,
etc.)
3. Professional charges of all requaired crew. (Guides, Cook,
Porters, Ponys, etc.)
4. Trekking Permissions.
5. All assistance to
book your Transportion and
Accomodation.
Excludes -
Transportation will be charged as per actual by the group.
Accommodation and Food (on arrival at touch base and trail end) will be charged as per actual on twin sharing basis.
In case of increase in number/s of day/s due to physical/natural or
any other reasons the cost will have to bear by the
participants/group members.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation by Participant/s
Cancellation received 20 days prior to Trek start Date will be Refunded 90%.
Cancellation received 10 days prior to Trek start Date 50% Retention will be charged.
Cancellation by The Club
In case of least viable group can not be formed, the cost will be refunded 100%.
Due to Weather conditions, the cost will be Redeemed in other available Batch.
