The Tosh valley is initially narrow but as you progress higher the valley starts to open up and you cross several beautifull meadows. This is the mountaineering region where climbers attempt to climb the famous Dharamsura or White Sail Peak (6446m) and Papasura Peak (6451m). After crossing Sara Umga Pass you descend in to cold and dry Spiti valley. Trek starts from Tosh Village.
